Indoor training, carried out by teamView, intends to break with the traditional training, merely expositive. Through participatory actions and the exchange of experiences it is possible to identify the areas of improvement within the group and individually, which allows us to adjust each action to each group of participants.

Outdoor Training
XperienceView is a training program tailored to our clients, aiming to put their teams outside their comfort zone, and transposing conclusions later to the organizational reality as a team.
